These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through our website or via direct communication (email, social media, in-person) and govern the sale of all candle products and related services provided by Olu Candles (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By placing an order with Olu Candles, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

2. Product Information

All our candles are handcrafted using high-quality materials. While we strive for consistency, slight variations in color, texture, or fragrance strength may occur due to the handmade nature of our products.

3. Orders and Payment

• All prices are listed in pound sterling and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• Payment must be received in full before your order is processed.

• We accept payment via PayPal.

4. Bespoke Candles

Olu Candles offers a bespoke candle service tailored to your specifications. Please note:

• All bespoke orders require full payment upfront.

• Once production has commenced, bespoke orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate design specifications. We are not liable for errors based on incorrect or unclear instructions.

• Lead times for bespoke orders will be confirmed at the time of ordering and may vary based on complexity and volume.

5. Delivery

• We deliver across the united kingdom.

• Standard processing time is 4 days, excluding bespoke orders.

• Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method selected.

• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

• We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party couriers or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

6. Returns and Refunds

Standard Products:

• You may return unopened, unused candles within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

• To initiate a return, contact us at enquiries@olutones.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Bespoke Candles:

• Due to their personalised nature, bespoke candles are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.

Damaged or Faulty Items:

• Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if any items are damaged or defective.

• Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging to help us resolve the issue swiftly.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of Olu Candles and may not be used without our written consent.

8. Liability

Olu Candles is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products. Always follow safety instructions provided with your candles.
